filippo tocchi is an artist living in Amsterdam. His work explores a veiled sense of self and surroundings through processes of self-recording, dissection, negation and portraiture, reflecting on intersubjective (im)possibilities and refusals.
Filippo's practice is based on collaborations and writings and formalizes in objects, texts, video and contexts. Filippo co-founded the art collective MRZB (2014-2024) and with Rin Suemitsu operates under the nom de plume T.A DÉCOR. He curates and co-organizes a programme of events at GDL525, Amsterdam.
